In light of the ongoing pandemic, we strongly encourage all visitors to wear masks while inside our practice. If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, we kindly request that you book a telehealth appointment for your convenience and safety.

To ensure the well-being of our community, we are now offering Private Flu vaccines for $20. Additionally, we have introduced alternative Flu Vaccinations, and our GPs can guide you in choosing the most suitable option. For information on the cost of other Flu Vaccinations, our friendly reception team is available to assist you.

We are proud to have Dr Payervand, who is fluent in both English and Persian, providing care to patients in Ipswich. Alongside Dr Payervand, we have a team of dedicated doctors including Dr Babatunde, Dr Bruce Pleash, Dr Baker (a Locum Family Doctor), and Dr Sara Qamar.

We understand that medical needs can arise at any time, which is why we have partnered with Hello Home Doctor Service. If a member of your family falls ill during after-hours or on weekends, simply call 134-100 to be connected with an after-hours GP who will visit you in the comfort of your own home.

If you need your medical records transferred to another doctor, we follow a policy of forwarding a summary of your records. Copies are sent directly to the new doctor upon receiving written authorization from the patient. We retain the original records for medico-legal purposes, and a fee may be charged to cover printing, postage, and record checking.

We also encourage patients to take advantage of the free vaccines provided by the Federal and State Governments. Childhood immunizations are available Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 3:00pm, and we hold a seasonal flu clinic each year. Lastly, please note that on 17 July 2023, the Queensland Government announced a free flu vaccine initiative for the 2023 flu season. Patients who do not have a Medicare card may be subject to fees. For further details, please visit our website.
