"They say a wait time of 3 hrs but we never have to wait that long for my daughters specialist app, staff are super nice and get to the bottom of any issues... especially complex ones like my daughters"
"It was a quick and smooth check-in, however, after seeing the doctor, nurses and running a few tests, we we're left waiting and waiting for about 3hrs. (without going into details) we thought they we're preparing other tests or waiting for results. But as it happened I made a nusence of my self and had a nurse attend, asked what is the next step/reason for waiting and she said she'll "call the doctor to see" as "all the samples were taken and results won't be back until the next day". Doctor came in and seen that all was done and proceeded to check us out. It wasn't a "wait period" to see any reaction or other checks as no special meds were administered (besides panadol). Checked in at about 16:40pm.. checked out at 11:30pm.. a little too long to keep a young child on a stretcher bed ."
