"Fabulous and really deep clean provided for an elderly gentleman with severe allergies and respiratory issues following 2 months of Council digging and rd works out the front of his house. Rahid and Dhruv were polite young men who worked methodically and carefully, cleaning every surface from top to bottom - windows, wooden blinds, benches, air cons, and under all beds, tables and furniture. Great value and would happily employ them again."

"Do not use Optima Cleaners. We pre-booked them for our bond clean inc. carpet cleaning and received confirmation email and text messages. Advised the cleaner would arrive at 8am, but 1h 10m later still no cleaner… Rang their customer service number and was assured they’d ring me back, but I had to chase them for a response. Eventually they advised that they would not clean our property today as they didn’t schedule a cleaner. Don’t use Optima, they’ll leave you high and dry."

"Avoid using this company at all costs! Booked them in for a bond clean, they didn't show up on the booking date. Organised for them to come at 9am the following day at they arrived at 2pm. Our property manager passed on the feedback that the bond clean was not up to standards so we called them back on their "bond back or refund policy". They then arrived 2 hours late for the second clean and again didn't complete it to standards. At this point I decided to call and email for a refund. They have been ignoring me ever since and have stolen my $550!"
