"One of the worst emergency departments I have ever seen in my life. Waited for 4 hours to even see a nurse. Then made to wait for 1.5hours just for someone to say sorry for the delay. Still waiting after 6 hours to see a doctor. And the waiting continues as I write this review. I wonder what the reason would be. Is it staff shortage or bed availability. But I can see empty beds and also some staff around. It’s a pity as a taxpayer I wonder where my tax is going."
"All the staff that I dealt with in this hospital were absolutely fantastic from Emergency, Hospitality, Cleaning, Nursing, Volunteers, Admin, Therapists, Orderly and the Doctors in the ENT ward. It appears to have a culture of care, respect and compassion for its patients. Thank you to all who looked after me during my stay."
"5 stars well deserved, those people care, are dedicated and attentive. I was there for 5 days with broken ribs and collarbone, stayed on level 7. All nurses took great care of me, Jo, Justine and many more, all specialists that took care of my case were really knowledgeable and really took time to explain what was going to happen moving forward. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks everybody for going above and beyond. Seb."
"Went to Emergency on Wednesday afternoon, and then to coronary care unit (floor 3) until Friday afternoon. The whole team from Georgia, Nick, Anne and every other doctor and nurse i had interactions with or I observed as they performed their duties to other patients was outstanding. Well done guys. Customer care and professional service was showcased everyone minute I was at RBWH. Queensland Health you have a great team.
