"These are NOT ethical cleaners. Terry, the manager, talks the talk but his cleaners are hopeless, no time management skills and cannot follow instructions. They cost me my bond. They claimed they tried to clean the walls but couldn't, so I had to show them how to use sugar soap wipes. I told them to bring a ladder so they brought a step ladder then expected me to find them a proper ladder. One of them spent 2.5 hours cleaning the oven and stove top yet missed the crumb/drip shelf under the door, which I had to show them how to clean in front of the agent, one of them also cleaned off the temperature markings from the hotplate knobs. The other spent that time attempting to clean the bathroom and laundry but not bothering with the shower screens or laundry tub. I told them the oven had had stains when I moved in and that my concern was for the walls and floor but they left no time for the carpets and didn't bother wiping down or mopping the balcony and they even had to remop the bathroom when the agent got there. They also forgot to clean the fans. Do NOT hire this company, there is nothing professional about their cleaners, I could have saved my bond and it would have been less stressful doing the cleaning myself. Good luck trying to call Terry after you book the job, he will only answer if you call on a different number."

"I was home for the first clean they did. It was quite slow, every time I looked the girl was just standing around. I gave her the benefit of the doubt being first time in the house so rebooked for a fortnight later and asked her to prioritise bathrooms and floors. This second “clean” allegedly took 3hrs ($90). When I got home the en-suite shower was untouched, there was still dirt/hair on the floor behind bathroom door, the taps and mirrors were streaked, toilet bowls hadn’t been scrubbed, and there was little evidence of any more than half an hour (dodgy) work. Coincidentally Terry the manager called that afternoon to get my opinion of the cleaner. I told him about how slow she was and how my house was left dirty and he basically thanked me for telling him and left it at that. No offer of refund or reclean. He didn’t even try to arrange a replacement. I’m not sure he’s all that customer focussed."

"We used Bliss for our bond clean & couldn't recommend highly enough. Manager Terry was easy to deal with, and Camilo was our cleaner. Communication was consistent and good from both of them. The final price was only $30 more than quoted, which was fine considering how cheap it was. We had a very fussy real estate agent, who made life difficult for us - I was happy with house, but real estate agent said it wasn't up to standard so Camilo did all the excess cleaning (3 extra hours) free of charge."

"Walk directly away from this. They just want more money by claiming they have done extra jobs. But before they do the "extra", they do not inform you. It is even worse that the "extra" did not make things better. They are not trustable, and the manager is not so kind and patient."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Hired this company for a full end of lease, bond return, clean. We had already moved out of the house so we are lucky I went back to grab a few last things after the "clean" had been done and saw the job not complete at all, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten our bond! They claim to have spent four hours in the house (and tried to charge us for eight, long story) yet the level of cleaning was something my partner and I could have achieved in two hours if we had done it ourselves. They also threw out bags of clothes we asked to be left there, and they did not throw out the items we asked to be thrown! In the end we had to pay a further $80 to a different cleaning company to get the job done in order to get our bond back. Because of this, and the fact that the job wasn't actually completed and what they had done was completely unsatisfactory, we refused to pay the full fee they asked for. They then had the audacity to threaten us with court if we didn't pay them!! Find someone else. DO NOT USE BLISS HOUSEKEEPERS."
