"Worst experience! If you want extensive damage caused to your property then use Shine. I engaged Harry to externally clean my beautiful Queenlsander. I had it previously cleaned before unfortunately the person who last cleaned it has since retired. So, I had an understanding of the process. Harry started and I asked "aren't you using suds first?" he said "No - this is how we do it?" I said “oh ok,but last time I had it done the guy used used soap and a soft pressure”. I let Harry proceed. I should have listened to my gut. When he completed the job there was paint removed from my fences, my main home, the balcony, the decks and from the newly built pool house. I was so shocked. After processing the damage I contacted Harry. Harry acknowledged the damage he had caused and promised he would get it fixed. It's been 5mths now and he still hasn't repaired it. I just want the damage fixed nothing else. He has been ignoring my requests. I have no option now but to take it further. I was hoping he was going to stick to his word and repair all the damage. But he hasn't. There are so many great tradies out there, but unfortunately Shine is not one of them, they are unprofessional and dishonest. I have attached some of the photos, the damage is worse in real life."
