"I booked Oh my Cleaning for my exit clean on a property that I had lived in for 7yrs. Jimmy was professional and clear in price, when quoting at the beginning of the day. My exit clean on a 1 bedroom apartment was $930; which included everything- all blinds, carpets, exhaust fans, range hood (that was particularly dirty), aircon vents, everything under the sun. Jimmy was working for at least 10 hours where he was able to make a very lived in apartment look brand new. My property manager was impressed. Thank you so much for your hard work!"

"We paid for a full exit clean of our furnished 2 bedroom unit. The price on the day of was way higher than advertised. I’m fine with paying more for high quality service, but they left some of the inventory dirty and we were charged for it. This is unacceptable when we paid for these items to be cleaned. I understand mistakes can happen, but this company refused to acknowledge or rectify the situation once I reached out. Due to the high cost and lack of customer service, I do not recommend this company."

"I must be honest and I do think this is robbery and potentially has consumer law issues. I have a 2-bed apartment. I am excepetionally clean and was charged 1200 for the exit clean job that took a few hours. I do think others would clean the place just as good (as I've experienced in the past in more expensive cities with similar sized apartments) at half the cost. Also for me I was quoted 400-650 approx two weeks prior which was then increased to 1200 when they arrived. It was the day before I was moving out (they were supposed to come a week earlier to quote but didn't) so I had no option but to go with the price. My apartment office said they'd prefer/recommend this supplier also and i didn't have the ability really to shop around as didn't want hassle, for them to disagree with the cleaning level and i needed my bond back. It feel it was very unfair and I had no options. It is far too over priced to pay 1200 for a tidy 2-bed apartment. I fully support family owned businesses but this is quite unfair and unreasonable."

"So, i'll start off by saying that Oh My Cleaning was not the cheapest bond cleaners around or cheapest quotes that I got. However... I guess you get what you paid for. Jimmy was on time, and was great at communicating and was upfront with all the pricing for my bond clean. Everything was cleaned immaculately, and I was very happy with the service that I received. My real estate has their own preferred cleaners, and were initially worried as she's had some dodgy bond cleans done in the past. However when doing the exit report she was shocked and very impressed with how clean the place was and was on par with their current provider. I've used a few other bond cleaning companies in the past, but this is the first time I've not had to get the cleaners to come back after work was not done to an appropriate standard. In short, not the cheapest out there but if you want the job done properly without the stress I would highly recommend Jimmy and the team at Oh My Cleaning! Just wish I knew about them for my last few moves."

"Very reliable service. The carpet cleaner arrived on time and got straight into it. He was very thorough and had good cleaning products, no harsh chemicals. He gave me a good price for a one bedroom apartment. The carpet was spotless when he was finished and he warned me not to walk on it until it was dry. I would definitely use Oh My Cleaning again. Very happy!"
