"If I could leave no starts I would. I have recently moved homes with my partner and 2 young kids. I thought paying for a bond clean would make my life a hell of alot easier - but I was definitely wrong. I got given a list of items that would be cleaned - for $522.50 which I was fine with. I was told on the phone call the amount would come out of my linked card after the service - firstly it came out 2 days before.. The reason I went for this servcie was the bond back guarantee. Meaning if the real estate tries to not give you your bond back due to the areas they cleaned not being clean enough - they will come back to re-clean for free. Hell of a deal right? When they got to the property to do the clean, I received a text message that they could also clean my fans, aircon, balcony and deck for an extra $210. Which I agreed to - saving me more time and stress. The next morning my mum went to have a look at the house (she lives downstairs in seperate living - I am now half an hour away paying double rent at the moment) and she rang me immediately shocked at the terrible clean. I immediately jumped in my car with my kids (before the daycare run) and went to the other house to inspect. I will attach the photos I shared with Calibre - as I could have cleaned this house better myself and saved the money. This is not a bond clean - I have moved many times and this is shocking. The extras they wanted to charge me for - only the fans were clean.. nothing else from the extra $210 they wanted to charge. I moved the money from my account and am not paying $210 for a service that did not happen. I then contacted the company to come back to re-clean the home as it wasn't clean enough for me to get the real estate to inspect - a proper bond clean was not done. They came back to me to say that if they came back to re-clean it would void their bond back guarantee..and if any re-cleaning had to be done after the exit report didn't pass it would cost me.. I rang them at 3:53pm the day they offered me a re-clean. They offered to come between 4:30-5:30pm, I called and spoke to a representative at 3:53pm to say I did not want the re-clean to void my bond back guarantee, as they will be coming back once the property manager see's this house as it is filthy.. I said NO to the re-clean lets make that clear! I find out that between 7-8pm that night, someone went into my other house (I have no idea how they got in, my mum was downstairs and thought someone was breaking in) it turns out it was someone from Calibre! My mum went up to confront the person - there was no car out the front my mum was stressed. Essentially they trespassed into my home - I gave no permission for anyone to go - let alone find their own way in?! Calibre I will be needing this man's details as he trespassed into a home! How did he even get into the home the doors were locked? I locked them that morning when I left after taking pictures of the terrible cleaning job you did. I contacted the Calibre team the next day - and they tried to tell me I chose to go ahead with the clean, and the person went to the house at 4:30-5:30pm to do the re-clean (no one went there then - my mum and sister are living under my house and said someone broke in at 7-8pm Also I said I did not want a re-clean I made that clear over the phone and their phone calls are recorded). After speaking with many people and I just said I only want a refund at this point someone broke and entered the house and I specifically said I do not want to void my bond back guarantee. All they said they can do is if anything doesn't pass the bond back guarantee they can come and re-clean it at a charge!? I will be legally pursing this issue as it is past the point of Calibre cleaning not doing the job - someone representing their business trespassed my home and I have my mother who confronted them as a witness who was downstairs when this happened and they have lied and tried to weasel out of this enough now. Do not use this service. 0/10."

"I organized a clean and they didn't turn up on the day, I organized one for the following morning. I got a call that day asking how I had liked my clean and I mentioned that it had been postponed but should be done by that stage. When I got home the cleaner was there, had clearly just quickly mopped and not cleaned the unit. The door was also left open twice and I have a cat and had given instructions to make sure it was closed. They offered a reclean but I didn't feel comfortable having them in again as they hadn't shut the door properly twice."

"Paid extra for a deep clean/window sills on top of regular clean and was also told shower screen and tiles would be clean. The floors in the kitchen/living and bathrooms were smeared and sticky as was every window and mirror. One of the bathrooms still had detergent dripping which they did not wipe or attempt to clean. This was for a small 2 bedroom apartment which we moved items out of the way to make their job easier. The cleaners seemed to rush and want to be gone asap. Definitely would not recommend"
