Unsure whether they could see me or not, Wendy checked with Harry who was also very busy, but promptly took me through for my X-ray, and had me in and out very quickly. "I visited Exact Radiology to get a x-ray completed on my hand. Love that I didn't have to make an appointment and was able to walk in and get the diagnostic imaging completed. Despite arriving less than hour before closing time, the radiographer - Harry, was so welcoming, kind, friendly and skilled. I Immediately apologized for coming in late in the day before they closed but he wasn't phased at all about that! It was so refreshing because he genuinely seemed interested to care for a patient that needed a test completed. It was nice NOT having an interaction with someone, the radiographer Harry for example, that only cared about what time it was, finishing for the day (which happens so often in any and every business & industry) and/or rushing through the x-ray. I also like that Exact Radiology provides patients access to the scans digitally soon after if not immediately via the patient portal. Another advantage is that they offer patients access to the diagnostic report/results of the testing within 72 hours vs. other Radiology services that don't release access to the report or results (and sometimes the images too) until 7 days after your appointment. Plus they've bulk billed tests (x-ray and ultrasound) vs. other places have quoted out of pocket charges would occur. I'll definitely return to Exact Radiology Newstead in the future if I require additional Radiology services and recommend this service."
