"Called ahead. Nobody picked up. The recording said e rays are walk in. I came after work but was turned away because my plain X-ray needed a booking. Booking only available 9:30-2pm. Useless if you actually work. Please consider booked X-rays one day per week to closing g time. How am I supposed to get the X-ray now?"

"I've visited QScan Red Hill quite a few times over the past 10 months or so and every single time all the staff have been lovely. Reception staff (I wish I could name you all, because you were all wonderful), is very pleasant and welcoming. The Radiologists and nurses have been very caring. I was fortunate enough to have Nurse Kayla looking after me the past two days. Kayla was very friendly, eager to please and helped me relax for my procedures. After quite a few visits for cortisone injections and the past two days, ablation therapy, on my lumbar spine I have to say that each Doctor who attended to me was very kind, caring and explained everything to me before and during the procedures. I have total confidence in all the staff at Red Hill and would not hesitate to travel the distance should I need future treatments. Thank you all. I'll never forget your kindness."
