"Not a good experience. I explained on the phone that I do not have the support system to leave my 1 yr old at home and they said that was fine. When we arrived the woman doing the ultrasound immediately told my husband and child to wait outside the room. If having a child in the room or having them be a little vocal affects her ability to preform an ultrasound then maybe she shouldn’t be in the line of work she’s in. She was incredibly passive from the moment she called us from the waiting room. She also didn’t explain any numbers to me, basically said there’s baby and pulled the screen away from me (with my first the technician explained everything). My husband and I walked out incredibly disappointed with the low quality and unfriendly service."

"I’ve been to exact radiology on a number of occasions both here and other locations. They are always excellent and the Oxley location is no exception. The people behind the counter were friendly and polite and the technician, a bloke with a big brown beard, was funny and easygoing. Perfect for calming someone’s nerves Highly recommend"

"My first time here. Reception staff were ok but could be more personable, however Dan the radiologist made up for it with amazing service. He was cheerful and really showed an interest in his clients through the conversation we had. Seemed to know his craft well and was really quick. Thanks for the great experience Dan."

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Sonographer was lovely and very understanding of us having our 1 year old with us. I love that this place also bulk bills, as a lot of places don’t anymore for pregnancy ultrasounds."

"Had a great experience today, around 9.45am. Both receptionists were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Another patient came in at the same time and was equally well attended to. After reading a previous comment, I was surprised by the negativity. Sometimes patients are nervous when coming for a procedure, and having the receptionist have a small chat can relax the patient and make them feel more comfortable. I would have to say the professionalism shown this morning was of a high standard."
