"So not knowing what a CT scan actually entailed, I went in with blinders on. Of course nervous, I was welcomed into the room by a trainee who went through the important ‘form things’. I was introduced to Tyson who was very friendly making me feel welcome, at ease by explaining everything. When explaining what he was doing with his trainee, he even asked if I minded all of the talk, having the patients comfort always at the front of his mind. He explained what was going to happen and what I would feel and made me feel at ease (he was 100% correct). He was very conversational afterwards which was welcomed to take my mind off what was going on around me. If you need a CT scan, I highly recommend as the entire team were friendly and accommodating, I got a booking on the same day of referral and nothing was too much for them. If I could give more stars I would. 11/10 service and care. Thank you."

"Radiographer Tyson has an approachable and welcoming bedside manner and made me feel comfortable throughout the imaging processes, explaining the imaging to me as it was happening and helped me feel relaxed throughout the process.
