"The receptionist deserves 5 stars though. Very polite and explained the form to be filled as we were new pt. Waited for roughly over 5 mins and was called by the radiologist. The radiologist was asked how she was today, no response. We thought may be she never heard us. We were taken to the room for inspection and she asked my husband's name and she heard it loud and clear. It was for DVT (deep vein thrombosis), something you will be worried about. My hubby was in a lot of pain on the site and very politely mentioned that he is sore on the site. Instead of saying you will be in more pain as I have to touch and feel it, she said if you are in pain and and didn't wanna be checked you should have stayed at home. My husband was not explained about the procedure and didn't know what was about to happen. So he wanted to share that this stuff is giving him pain even at touch. I work in the health setting too. I treat my patients with respect and expect the same. The review is only for the female radiologist who had short hair. With so much of arrogance she added see your doctor after I questioned how the ultrasound went. I didn't expect her to answer the question outside her legislation but politeness matters. If she is having a bad day take a break mate but while at work there is zero violence from both parties. There was no communication in the room the entire procedure. Total silence."
