"I recently used BJs removalists and I was terribly unsatisfied with them. First, they called 10 minutes before my scheduled move time at 8AM and requested to re-schedule the move due to '6 staff calling sick all at once'.....they did not come until 2PM and the two removalists were unprofessional, smoking on the job and not careful at all with my belongings because they were rushing the job. This resulted in damage to my property after one of the removalists dropped my bed frame - upon ringing their manager I was told nothing could be done, there was no attempt to resolve the issue, not even a discount was given for the severe inconvenience and damage caused on the day. I was incredibly unhappy with the service provided, and would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not use these people if you looking for removalists in Townsville - go elsewhere!!!"
"Very disappointed, I was told that the guys will come at 8:00 am and would call me half an hour before. They didn't call and didn' t arrive. When I called them after 8, I was told they had a delay and would possibly come at 11, and the guy in the office promised to call me 1 hr before. After 11, I called again and went to some office, where the lady took my details again and told me that she will pass it to them and ask them to contact me. The truck arrived at 12-30 not calling me before, left me unprepared. It was shipping container on a truck and ended up too small for my things. When booking, I told them I had a 3 bedrrom house, but in reality I had furniture at 2 bedrooms and just some smal things in the 3rd. But I ended up with a lot of things left behind which I need at least 3 or 4 car trips to carry. I don't have anything against the guys who worked, but obviously the management was very bad. Don't recommed."

"Moved us from 2 homes in Moorooka into 1 in April and did a fantastic job. Very energetic guys who took the up and down stairs all in their stride. We received a text reminder the day before and then they called when 30 minutes away on the day. No damage and the boxes were placed according to the labels. Also the guys were pretty quick and well organised with how the truck was packed. Thanks BJ's."
