Reviews of Wally Tate Park
"Great big park, easy to get to & toilets right there!"
"There’s a very large fully fenced dog park with two entrances towards the end of the car park. There’s only a few trees, water fountains and a sheltered seating area in the dog park, but good for dog socialisation. Aside from the dog park, there’s several ovals, short walks and toilet facilities in the adjacent park nearby. Quite noisy with the motorway nearby, but otherwise an okay park."
"Great place, bush, wetland, walks, skate park, dog park, sports ground, close to train and bus stops, what more could you want. Its a great asset for our neighbourhood."
"This is a huge dog park. Very clean with some shady seating areas. Great place to exercise and train my dogs as I could throw the ball a long way and play hide and seek for them to find me behind several trees scattered throughout the park. There are two dog water stations and plenty of doggy bags, a bin and lots of parking."
"For the off leash dog area Shelter +1 has undercover and numerous sitting spots Water +1 able to spill out old water and there’s two fountains Poo bag +1 supplied (if not at the main entrance, check the other gate there was plenty supplied) Secure +1 fully fenced Size and maintained +1 this is the biggest dog park we’ve ever been to. What would normally take 30 mins to tire my pup took 10 minutes after running around here. There is a big hole but dogs love digging so I didn’t see an issue here. And owners pick up after their dog here! This park is way cleaner than the small ones we’ve been to which is impressive since this off leash area is massive"
