"Waste of time. Made an inquiry online for a free quote and measure for blinds, took weeks for them to respond but got a call to confirm a date and time. I had to reschedule so I called the Ipswich store from the number they originally called me from only for them to not know any details about our appt, made another time and day. That day came and the gentleman did a perfectly fine job, until he said he'd send a quote. 2 weeks later no quote sent through to the email address given, not even in spam. I messaged him from the number he called me from to ask for the quote. No response. It's now been over 3 weeks since the quote and measure and 5/6 weeks since the initial contact, I'm due to give birth any day now and awaiting a response from the head office email I sent a week ago and all I've heard is crickets. For what was already a 10 week waiting period they've now wasted an extra 4-5 weeks of my time where we could have gone elsewhere and had blinds in our home already. Approaching Christmas I'm sure no other company will be able to install blinds before the new year and we'll be busy with a new born baby. I would greatly appreciate some contact from curtain wonderland."

We are still in a back and forth dispute about faulty and incorrectly measured curtains and blinds. The management staff do not listen or care once they have your money. Steer clear and invest in Australian made!"
