About the Business
Welcome to Unitywater, located at 33 King Street in Caboolture, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest, Unitywater is dedicated to providing essential services to the community, specifically in the realm of water and wastewater management.
One of the key features of Unitywater is the convenience it offers to businesses and investment property owners. By simply logging into or registering for My Account, you can easily download your Unitywater bills and transaction history. This is not only useful for personal record-keeping, but also for preparing your tax return for the 22-23 financial year. With all your documents readily accessible, you can ensure that your budget flows smoothly in the new financial year.
Understanding any increases in your bills is important, and Unitywater aims to make this process easier for you. Our 4-step checklist provides a simple explanation for any increases you may experience. By following these steps, you can identify the potential causes behind the increase and take appropriate action.
In line with our commitment to providing fair and sustainable pricing, Unitywater has introduced a new pricing structure. This structure assigns customers into Treatment Tiers based on their business type, the amount of liquid waste they generate, and the impact it has on the wastewater network. The higher the trade waste impact, the higher the Treatment Tier and associated costs for treatment. While fees will increase under this new structure, Unitywater is actively working to ease the transition. The implementation will be phased in over two years, and there will be a discount in the first year.
Unitywater also takes pride in acknowledging and respecting the Traditional Owners and custodians of the land and waters in which we operate. We pay our respects to Elders, both past and present, and those who are emerging as leaders in their communities.
At Unitywater, we strive to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. Whether you are a business owner, property investor, or simply a member of the community, we are here to ensure the smooth management of water and wastewater services.

"Yesterday i talked to an Office Bloke in Caboolture he was going to help and fix problem over Phone ha ha ha, i said i need to meet with a Supervisor on site so How do I get to see a Unitywater Supervisor on site at my Meter to see how it's being read while completely covered by Mud, Stones and Leaves supposed to get a call soon I'm waiting and not holding my breath"
"Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond for me."
"Talk about useless customer service. To start with I'm not a customer, I'm a part owner and interested party in unity water. The automated phone payment system is rubbish. I just hung up. Don't complain about power costs a you can mitigate that and to me I don't pay much but water and sewerage costs are off the planet. What the hell to I pay extortionately high rates for? I can't even log into the account portal as the two factor verification email never gets to me. And 'they' want everything done online.. Get stuffed...... It's Disgusting"
"Everyone seems to have a problem with Electricity costs. I personally have a problem with Unity Water. Our water used to be paid with our Council Rates. Now the water costs have quadrupled and we can't afford it. If I could I would give Unity Waty a minus score. Every time something gets privatized this happens. When will Governments learn, be they local state or federal. Absolute disgrace."
"Yes agree with many posts about overcharging. Our bill was double for a quarter - 1151 litres & we were away for most of the time. Leak established coming to a meter but no reduction in bill from Unity Water. Need to have another water utility company in our area so we have a choice. Extremely bad service & they don't care for obvious reasons."
