Snooze Stones Corner

"Went into Snooze Stones Corner thinking I would walk out with a couple of mattresses, instead I walked out empty handed. The two SA that was rostered on was not keen to help. I asked for matresses for the kids new Bunk Bed, the lady said 'oh we can't sell matresses to you, because you don't know the height of your bunk bed and bunk beds are unsafe'. That comment was made bacause she thought I look like I'm in my 20's but I'm a lot older than that. I have two older kids (it's not like they are toddlers), we opted for bunk beds due to space. I also asked if Super King Bed Frame was available to order, both SA said they don't sell anything like that (scratching my head)."

"I understand now why they offer cheap prices. They sell seconds products. I am putting a formal complaint in with ACCC after being scammed by this company. You are very aware of who I am. Yet again one of your cowboy tactics. ACCC can deal with you."
