"Came in to buy a mothers day gift and staff didn’t even come up to us when we were waiting but went up to people who just came into the store. To then find what I was looking for myself I was waiting at the cashier and same lady thought to serve the other lady first and tell us to wait when we were Cleary waiting for a while"
"If you go with a toddler I would just advise to be prepared for not receiving any empathy or human touch from the employees. One of the ladies working there made my 2YO cry when insisting a couple of times that she should climb off the bed. It was a children bed which of course would get the attention of a child, and my little one was not eating anything nor had the shoes on so there was no potential damage AT ALL just letting her play for a couple of minutes while I was trying to pay. I am not buying there again . Even if the products are nice, I don’t want to feel mistreated. I believe in good customer service."
"My mum and I came in to look for some new bedding for my room today at 10am. We were served by a lovely girl named Kelly who went above and beyond to make sure we left with exactly we were looking for. She had the best advice and was so kind and patient with us. Was a great experience!"
"not good customer service. 3 staff members working tonight, not one person asked if i needed help. One walked over next to me just to keep her conversation going with the other staff member whilst I looked at them. Watched them greet other customers that came in after me. I see this is a common issue at this store looking at other reviews."
