"Beautiful couch, and the delivery was great. One of the legs won’t fully screw in, and one of the boxes was damaged, but thankfully the contents was fine! The delivery guy kept telling me to leave a 5 star review, and post a “great review “ before I’d even unpacked it. So that was a little off putting. But seriously, great couch."

The delivery was well tracked and on time. The delivery guys went an extra step checking our id to confirm if they are at the right place, extra diligence from their part. "Delivery guy told me to scan a QR code to accept the delivery so when I did he then grabbed my phone and quickly left themselves a 5 star review and wrote "good". I was not even aware until google notifed me so I have come to adjust and advise. I now don't know how many reviews for this place are legitimate. Its been 1 week and we are happy with the lounge purchased, it's nothing exceptional but it's comfy and was cheaper than everywhere else."
