"I have been training with Dimitre just over 2 and half years and I can't recommend him enough. I have used personal trainers before however I have found that over the time I've used trainers they have either not listen to me or have not helped me with my technique and in the end I've actually cause more damage to myself. Dimitre was a breath of fresh air. He understood my injuries and worked with me to ensure not only was I getting a great workout but also ensuring I'm not causing any further damage. When I started working with him (I had ruptured both my Achilles tendons at the same time ) so the road to recovery was slow. Dimitre was amazing, he was kind, knowledgeable, understood both my mental and physical barriers and encouraged me to push my mind and body further each day. Over the last few years while working with him I have gone down from a size 24 to an 18. My body is fitter and healthier. He has taught me so much about exercise and following a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a trainer that listens to their clients, knows what they are doing but also encourages their clients to bring out the best of themselves. You won't regret having him train you."
