"OMG I think this is the worst experience by far I have ever had with a tradesperson. I signed a 66 day contract and 18 months later they are here fixing their defective work under order from the QBCC. It pains me to give them one star just to be able to post this. Edit: Actually it wasn't a warranty issue it was defective work, which you denied until QBCC ordered you to fix it. And, nice as pie in your published response whilst behind the scenes threatening my family by text msg."

"From the very beginning the warning signs were there straight away. They were terrible. The workmanship is average at best. They are extremely slow to respond to any questions or concerns, and almost immediately after completing the work I have had numerous tiling issues that they not only take ages to reply to but they’ve take no responsibility for claiming the pool water and acid levels are to blame. It’s a cop out! For the pools first 10 years we had no problems with any of the tiles and none of the tiles came loose or dropped off, now 2 years since the renovation it’s all the waters fault for the new tiles coming off!? I would not recommend them at all and I am now in the position of having to find another pool construction company to rectify the poor work that their company refuse to fix."

"As they did for my wife's original review, this company has managed to remove my initial comments on why I gave 1 star. How can they just do that and delete honest feedback? So just to repeat, using this company for our pool renovation was a terrible experience on all accounts and was a big mistake. Please learn from our mistake and ensure you use a SPASA registered company. That way if you have issues like we did you may have some form of industrial action you can take to fix up the mess!"

"At this stage I cannot rate this company other than saying its customer service is terrible! I have made 3 phone calls to this company, expecting a simple call back, but it seems that no body is interested in discussing my requirements, providing a quote and/or completing any sort of renovations to my pool. This company does not stand alone however, I have tried a number of pool reno companies since mid year 2020 and nobody seems to want to work; its no wonder that Australia needs to look overseas for skilled labour as a good majority of aussies (and it hurts to say it) are just plain LAZY!!"
