"Approached them to fix some water clarity issue after the acid wash for my brand new pool.They gave me wrong advice to add more and more flocculants which which made the situation even worse.After me insisting -we were having an upcoming party-the big boss came in tested the water himself and threw in some more chemicals and sent us $170 bill which we paid but the water was still terrible.Had to go somewhere else and get the water sorted.We then realised that he added so much stabiliser that after dumping water 3 times ,we still have high stabiliser reading.Our system is fully automated but because of high stabiliser ,the probes cant function properly and have to test the water manually.... After going there 5 times and buying so much chemicals ,I felt like a milking cow ...This is just a heads up to the others ,specially if you have automated systems. I don't need my money back...Thank you!"
