"The staff at the UK Visa were terrible! So rude and not friendly at all. Showed no understanding, patience or willingness to answer any questions. If you don’t enjoy your job, leave. You’re making everyone feel very uncomfortable. They take your money real quick but don’t actually provide the service. Terrible communication. Only reply I had via email was after I had sent the same thing 5 times. Still currently waiting for a reply and it’s been 4 days. Why is there no contact number?"

"I had an appointment booked for cancelling my passport. Although I was a little late, I had to join the normal queue (token system) where minor errors in the form can be corrected on the spot, it would have taken not more than 5 min. The staff asked me to either come another day or send the documents by post. How rude of them! I requested her but she mentioned that the rule was to serve a person only once a day. Who makes these rules? Even after waiting for 15 days to get an appointment, hearing all this was such a shame. I must agree that some staff were helpful, but you guys need to change the rules. This is not how things work. You are here to help people and not to complicate their lives by sending them back and forth. Everything should be seamless. Anyways I am completely disappointed by this behaviour. Thanks!"

"I have just received my visa and am extremely disappointed. One of the questions of my application was the intended date of arrival into the country I was applying for. When I went to my appointment, I told the staff member processing my application that the date of arrival could potentially be earlier than what I submitted, and as she has access to make changes to my application, I asked whether this is a change that should be made. She said 'no, it should be fine'. It was in fact not fine, as now I have to change my flight to a day later because of this. I am shocked at how staff members can take these serious applications so lightly."

"I went there for applying for Schengen visa. Super super caring and friendly. They were so Supportive although I went there late, doing everything in last minute, they did all the process of my visa application carefully and with patience. They stayed after hours to finish the process of my visa and I cannot be more grateful of this work commitment and kindness of them. I will never forget this experience of mine as it was the best experience of offence works in Australia. I do appreciate their help and supports."

"I was applying a visa at level 8. I wanted to say a big thank you to Joyce. Even though they have closed by the time when i arrive, she still being patient took my application and helped me go through my documents in detail. I really appreciated her help, she is such careful and helpful person. If she didn’t accept my applications I could not able to get a visa as I was not having any availability to submit my documents. Because of me, she did not finish work on time and causes her get off work for half hr and she couldn’t catch a bus home.she is a Such beautiful and responsible person! Thank you !"
