Reviews of Emily Seebohm Aquatic Centre
"Really nice quiet pool. Super helpful staff.had a great time .my friend from overseas wanted to go swimming in the middle an Australian winter and this place came through for us . Brilliant"
"Fantastic place for children to learn swimming . Great heated indoor and outdoor pool. Experienced trainers."
"I go twice a week for hydrotherapy. Now winter is here the pool could be a few degrees warmer. Parents with small kids should be confined to the far end of the kids lane. The rest of the indoor pool is full of elderly & disabled people. They need space."
"Good for casual swim and that it's a heated pool but the kids swimming squads are waste of money. Do not send your kids here. 30 kids in one class and only 1 instructor who doesn't seem to care. Just gets kids to swim laps with no feedback. Moved my child to another swim school which had staff that actually want to teach."
"Disappointing. Place needs maintenance/care. Pool gate at entry not secured and left open. At outdoor pool no visible attendants keeping watch. Attitude of staff at entry a bit too laid back although young lady more friendly. Although indoor lanes are sign posted for usage, people appear to swim wherever they choose. As an elderly person going through rehab after spinal surgery, I did not feel comfortable at this facility. Sandgate far better."
