"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are looking to have a pool installed anytime soon, avoid this company at all costs, they will at first promise to have your pool in by a certain time, and that is probably the last you will hear from them. they will ignore you calls and msgs, and when you do finally get a response, after several months from initial contact, you will probably be told they can no longer build your pool due to a myriad of excuses - We can't get this, we can't get that, we are too busy, bla bla bla. How about letting the client know much earlier on, so then maybe there is a possibility that they can find another company that can take on the job, and have a pool in before christmas as promised, and not leave a family and kids devastated. I would not trust this company to install a fish pond. Totally and utterly unprofessional."
