"Always a fun Time here...Staff go out of there way to be accommodating...Very Reasonable prices : )"
"went here for a school trip and it was cray cray shoutout to Josh u a real one o7"
"Overall a pretty poor experience for a birthday party. They squished 12 kids onto 2 lanes so that it took nearly 2 hours for them to play 1 game. Of course the kids were bored out of there mind and mucking around, so then they got in trouble. Because bowling took so long they let other people go into laser tag. But that meant the kids had to wait another 30 mins before they got to the next activity. There was nothing for them to do, at all. The host was told they couldn't do the cake because the kids would be sick in laser tag. So again the bored kids kept getting in trouble. The party host was useless, had no skills in getting the kids attention or to focus, which made the whole experience unenjoyable for everyone there. See my photos for the huge discrepancy in the advertised material and the fine print. It advertises being "simple! The kids keep themselves busy and our staff take care of the rest." The fine print says "parents and guests are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children as this is not a child-minding service." As well as what the host will actually do (Not a lot). It was expected that the 12 kids and their parents were to sit on 1 bench seat that the kids could barely fit on for 2 hours. There was 1 game Of bowling and 2x15 min games of laser tag and we were there for over 4 hours, with bored kids and unhelpful staff. I strongly advise anyone to go somewhere else for a party."
"For a ‘new’ facility this is rather disappointing in terms of presentation and amenities. This isn’t a purpose built facility, it’s a former retail store that’s been gutted and had some cheap dividers thrown up, cheap nasty furniture dragged in and decor from the Reject Shop. A party room has some Spotlight decorations thrown on the wall, an assortment of furniture barely hidden behind some flimsy dividers and some arcade games that were all switched off while we were there. The Laser Tag area itself is fairly well designed and executed and the equipment seemed in good order. The staff in attendance took no interest in helping customers besides the showing of a video. We had booked two ‘missions’ and without warning we were sat aside when another group arrived before we started our second mission. Another staff member took several trips, running back and forth between the Alley and the Laser Tag, to clean up after a party. There are no amenities in this building (no toilets, no food save for a large vending machine). The pricing here isn’t worth what awaits even though we enjoyed the Laser Tag. The surroundings, presentation and service all let down the overall experience. Imagine someone sets up a disco ball and portable speaker in their garage then charges $20 per head for entry because they consider they had a ‘nightclub’ and you’ll understand what I mean. I think the region needs an option like this but the execution has been poor."
"Busy place, especially in school holidays. Book for a lane, so you don't miss out. Deals available advertised in paper etc. Can be pricey, especially if kids want meals too. Food and drinks available. Bumpers available for beginners. All in all a good time."
