"We had a fabulous time renting a sleeps 10 house in mountain creek through Airbnb managed by made comfy. We had 9 people stay, with ample amount of space the house was that accommodating their where parts of the house that didn't even get used and there where plenty room for kids and adults to have their own space. 1. The house was absolutely extraordinarily beautiful, immaculately clean house and pool. 2. Fantastic customer service from made comfy with communication with check-in and check-out. 3. The property was as advertised and the pictures and descriptions or even better on arrival. We are extremely happy with our stay and will stay again thank you made comfy. PS. Guys get a load of that chandelier!!!!!!! Absolutely gorgeous."

"Absolutely gorgeous apartment. Beautiful view of city AAMI park and MCG especially at night. Loved our stay felt at home the moment we arrived. Easy check in, great communication, beds where comfortable and loved the 2 bathrooms for sharing with my son. Will definitely be back when visiting Melbourne."

"Had a great experience with the apartment I stayed in while in Sydney. House manual that was sent prior to check in was detailed and easy to follow. Staff were very responsive to a maintenance issue I discovered in the property during my week-long stay. I'd happily stay there again or in another location these people manage."

"I had stayed in an Airbnb hosted by MadeComfy and one of the worst experiences I had ever had. The service could have been better. They have yet to get back to me with my queries. Even though I kept the place clean and tidy, they charged $223, falsely claiming I had damaged some items. The owner of the rental unit in Morning Side could have been better. No doubt MadeComfy don't take any pride in serving their customer in their best interest. They end up having the same level of owners who are the same as them. I would never recommend them please stay away from them."

"Very bad experience... After 1 day, the AC didn't work anymore. It was around 34'c outside and I was with my 2 small kids along. We asked for help and the technicien never came the next day as planed. Neither the day after. We asked for help again and they provided us with 2 fans. ( in the meantime the dishwasher was broken and it had leaked all over the kitchen ). They proposed to relocate us. Everything was settled and agreed on. Everything was packed and ready, they said at 7am we will call you and send you the address where to go to. On the morning itself, the place where we were suppose to be relocated, wasn't available anymore. It took hours on the phone, with more than 35min waiting on hold ( several times ) to find a solution. The only solution they had found was to move twice apartments within 4 days. Not ideal with 2 small kids. We ended up staying there, with no AC. 6 days after we had left the place, they accused us to have damaged their bed, which wasn't the case at all. And last, the day we left, we had asked for a late check out, which they agreed on. They called us 1 hour before the check out time asking if we were out of the place as the cleaning people team was out the door waiting. They called us at least 3/4 times to make sure to get out the place as soon as possible. It was a terrible experience..."
