"Rented an appartement early june for very short term period. Be Locals refuses now to refund me the 300$ deposit under the pretext of not having complied with the cancellation conditions. The person with who I processed the reservation admitted to me on the phone forgetting to tell me the conditions. She told me "let me check with my manager and coming back to you", spoiler alert : I never got contacted back. Simply calling it at scam. They don't recognize their responsibility, sadly disappointing."
