We also endorse the Keep Watch public education program of the Royal Life Saving Society - Australia, promoting water safety and awareness.
One of our unique offerings is aqua yoga, a low-impact form of exercise that takes advantage of the water's resistance to support and challenge the body. This gentle yet effective workout allows for moments of stillness in the mind while providing functional movement to strengthen and tone the body.

"Been coming since early 2000s. Always enjoyed swimming here. Good friendly staff workers. Great for family time and time with friends."
"Swimming lessons were far too stressful for my child. They don't cater their lessons to sensitive kids. My child was pushed to do something they were too scared to do in their first lesson, which resulted in crying in the pool and they are now terrified of going back to swimming lessons. A more gentle approach would allow all kids to not associate learning to swim with a traumatic episode."
"I took my 3.5-year-old daughter to swimming classes here so that she could feel comfortable in the water and learn to swim. Instead, she is frightened and refuses to go into the water with an instructor. The reason for this is that she was asked to do more than she could handle, and as a result, she was scared and crying throughout the entire last class. She was so stressed that she became sick in the pool, and I quickly took her out of the water to help her. However, she vomited again, and none of the instructors even bothered to ask if we needed any help. All they seemed to care about was the condition of their pool floor."
"Today my Grandson Teddy had his first swimming lesson with a very friendly and professional instructor. Both my daughter and Teddy loved this first time experience. Thank you! He can’t wait for his next lesson."
"Their swim classes are well run and the covered pool used for lessons are still warm during winter. Staff are always friendly although I'm noticing a bit of turnover at the moment which maybe no fault of their own. Facilities could do with an update / renovation but that's just a suggestion. Perhaps Council can put funding into upgrading the toilets and car parks......"
