The person I spoke to was lovely to deal with and gave me great advice. The watchmaker did a wonderful job on my watch ( replace glass, adjust watch speed, clean and polish). "Extremely disappointed! I bough a (~250AUD) ring as a birthday present for my wife and they didn't have the correct size. The saleswoman ensured me that my wife could bring the ring there to be resized without charges. When my wife brought the ring in they've tried to charge 80AUD to resize it! She then tried to return the ring, asking for a refund; to which they didn't want to do it, saying it was "change of mind". After a fight with the manager she was refunded, but has no present now. :-( Well done Prouds, you've just lost a customer!"
