"My friends brother bought some earrings for her 70th birthday not looking closely at them didn't realize that they were faulty and they were not cheap. In was appealed at the shop assistant as they would not replace them even though they were inferior and they blamed my friend that she had done something to them when all she had done was open them on her birthday and couldn't put them in as one had a rough outer side. She will not shop there again."
