"My son loves this park. Spent time to fly his foam plane in the fields below the park. Has used his scooter on the court briefly just as an area to ride round in & also his bike recently. Loves the swings & the fort & a large majority of the ground has shade. I only have 1 complaint. It pains me every time we come to this park kids are reluctant to put their rubbish in the bins provided. Parents, give your kids the responsibility of putting their rubbish in the bins provided or Take responsibility for your childs rubbish. Then all the kids who play here can enjoy a Great play area in a clean environment. We all have a responsibility. Make it your for ur rubbish."
"I took my toddler to this playground recently, and we both had a great time. The surface is spongy rubber, which is great for toddlers who are still learning to walk. There are a number of climbable structures for the slightly older kids, and my toddler really enjoyed it as a challenge. There are also swings and spinning apparatus, which my toddler loved. I was really impressed with the safety of the playground. The equipment is well-maintained, and there are no sharp edges or hazards. Overall, I would highly recommend this playground to families with children of all ages. It's a great place to let kids run around and have some fun."
"We went to Ducie Street Park a few times. The parkland is spacious. The park itself I think is more suitable for toddlers. However, it’s a great spot for birthday celebrations as there are undercover shelters and good toilets facility around. For the other children/adults, there are basketball courts and fields to have a ball game. There are plenty of free parking lots around the park."
"Attended a 2nd birthday party here in July 2017. The park is very well laid out with lots of shady areas where children can play. The apparatus for children to play on is for a wide range of ages, although adult supervision is strongly advised. It would be nice to have more covered areas where one can picnic; we were lucky enough to get there early to snag a place to be able to put our food out on the provided tables. Ablutions are reasonably clean and there is a lot of street parking."
"Awesome park. Epic playground for the kiddies, plenty of shade, toilets available not to far from the playground, drinking fountain, BBQ, plenty of branches to sit at. Even a fence along the playground to separate the kids from the road so if your kid's a runner.. you've got a fighting chance lol. Even a pretty cool dog park down the other end."
