"Very unprofessional! Staff are rude and not willing to help out. And I'm afraid all these reviews are falling on deaf ears! The same two rude (and ugly) women have been there for ages. So nothing is being done about it! Who would want to buy jewellery from women who look like they were dropped out of a plane - face first??"

"First and last time shopping at Shiels. There is a reason their jewellery is 60% off. Purchased a pair of diamond earrings and 2 days later a stone had fallen out. Took them back for a refund and the shop assistant accused me of dropping them. She then tried to convince me to get a replacement pair from another shop instead of processing the refund as requested. Stay away, terrible quality."

"Went to buy a gift for my wife, they charged me 70 bucks more then what the price was, I had my daughter with me so didn't realise, went back 2 hours later the lady said our sales change all the time, and told her it was purchased 2 hours ago, the manager had a look in the display and said refund 70 bucks and be done with it. At that point I decided to return the item and get a full refund. Won't go back there again just cause the manager has no people skills!"
