"My daughter bought her engagement ring from this store and had to return it 5 times with the stone constantly coming loose and a crack in the ring. She has now barely worn it since she was engaged Jan last year as it takes months every time it's returned. She wants a refund. She has fallen out of love with this ring due to the issues and never being able to look at it without looking for something to be wrong with it. But Secrets won't refund her. She went to pick it up yesterday after waiting months for the crack to be repaired, and it has come back with the stone loose again. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them. It will destroy the happiness of your engagement. I will be taking this further with Consumer Law."
