"I bought the eating that was 2 months ago. It was pearl earnings with my friend's birthday gift. I notice the pair is not the same shape. So we went back to the North Lakes Proud jewellery. I ask the lady this earrings is no good. They are not the same shape. She ask me for the receipt. I pay cash for this earring. some how I lost the receipt. I’ll to explain to her about this earring. She was starting yelling at me. She was rude! how on earth did she get this job? She had no customer service at all. I used to like proud jewellery but not anymore! I never cross this behaviour of this woman. It's terrible she is making me embarrassed in font of my friend and yelling with us."
"I had a ring I purchased there resized down. The assistant measured me and told me what size to have. I said it felt too big but she said my finger would swell in summer and it would be ok. When I picked it up it was obviously too big. I was told to wear it for a week to see how it went. I didn’t wait. The next day I returned and was resized correctly but charged another resize fee (discounted) but I was not impressed as it was sized incorrectly by them initially. Kasey who served me when I returned was very helpful and I would have been more upset if I hadn’t received her wonderful service"
