"So imagine this, I'm told by my mechanics when I got my car serviced in July I need to replace my tyres in the next 6 months or so, no big hurry --- My car wash guy (Seductive Autos) then tells me on our usual monthly regular car wash and detail. My front tyres are balding and need to replace them asap! Cue me looking on the internet and then calling around to see if this can be done on a Saturday morning and Jimmy from Bridgestone Yatala answers the call... Originally I wanted to get prem tyres (Buy 3 get the 4th free) unfortunately there was none in stock - I'd have to wait till Monday which means I would have to wait until next Saturday to get it done, Jimmy suggested for me to try calling around and so I did with no luck... all stores wouldn't have any in stock until Monday. So I decide to call back Jimmy around 10:30am and ask if it's okay to drive down and ask for his verdict because honestly I'm clueless. This was the right thing to do upon arriving 10 mins later and it's practically almost closing time for the workers at Bridgestone as it turns out I needed to get my front tyres replaced right that instant. Those tyres were not safe and Jimmy helped point out the reason of why. I appreciate so much the customer service I received from Jimmy but also the expertise and knowledge he gave to me in regards to my tyres. It didn't take that long for the workers to replace the tyres and I'm so grateful that they didn't mind staying behind that lil bit extra on a Saturday morning to get them done. Fantastic service all around, very impressed and happy with the service and duty of care that was shown. Thank you to Jimmy and the workers from Bridgestone Yatala."

"I went to get new tyres fitted on my car. From the minute I called the day before to enquire about the process and the price, Chad helped me with all my questions and gave me a great price. I dropped the car off and went around the corner to Caitys which was recommended while I waited for my car. When I returned, the car was waiting with tyres changed and a wheel balance and alignment done. The car is running much smoother now. Thanks Chad for the great service."
