No I was told they had to be evaluated in Sydney and would be 3weeks After 3 weeks I’m told they have been sent overseas to the manufacturer No idea how long that would take! No customer service at all I am so angry with the lack of communication and will now talk with consumer affairs about a refund for faulty goods!"
