"Went in to find a specific gift for a birthday present. The lady in the store was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I asked her if they had the product in store and she said no. I also asked if she was able to order it in or see if there was anything in the other stores. She didn't even bother to check for me and bluntly responded with 'there are no more', even though they were in stock online. My Mum had to then walk around the shopping centre when I went to work to find something similar. She went into David Jones right next door and found the Georg Jensen product that I was looking for. Overall, disappointed with my experience. Could've saved a lot of time and hassle if the saleswoman was more helpful and proactive. I could've just walked right next door to DJ's and bought what I wanted."
