Work included replacing tapwear in laundry, bathrooms & kitchen, fix leaking taps both inside & outside, replace shower heads, towel racks, and reconfiguration of outside down pipes . Nathan responded immediately for a time to do a quote. In person he explained all the changes/updates required, what fittings were best, & when he could do the work for me. "Get a quote beforehand. Does not seem to use time efficiently in my humble opinion. Does it take 40 mins to discover a stop valve doesnt work? If a customer isnt happy with a bill then look after them. That is how you get good reviews, referrals and repeat business. Can't fault quality of work on an easy job."
