"Quite annoyed. Drove from Jimboomba, as have had such good service before. Had a game on previous phone I didn't want to lose data for as I love it. Told the guy my problem & he didn't even care to look, he just said some apps don't transfer data. We'll I worked it out by myself & you can transfer the data. But in the mean time wasted my time, and fuel trying to get help from them. Basically if you're not going to bring in $$$ they won't help. Quite disappointing as I liked this shop. Oh well."
