"I had a tyre puncture in my work car and although I was unable to use Kings Mechanical to fix it, they gave me a very reasonable quote and changed the spare tyre over for me for free. So friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back for my personal vehicle in the future. Thanks guys."

"**NEW OWNERS** (As Alice said in her review.) I have dealt with GREASE before, but the mechanics at this address are **NOT GREASE** nor do they have the same excellent customer service Grease provided. I went in for a possible road worthy cert and the man seemed more than happy to help. Only getting my car serviced a couple months prior, I was shocked that he came up with $1200+ of things that needed fixing to be road worthy. The man was still very helpful, telling me different options I could use for payment UNTIL he realised I was not going ahead with any of it at the time and said I would try elsewhere. He became very rude and threatened to not let me take my car because of how unsafe it was. I ended up in tears by the time he was finished lecturing and intimidating me. I got out of there as soon as he gave me the keys and I will never be returning. Be wary going here, especially if your a female with not much knowledge in the matter. He almost bullied me into thinking I HAD to get all the work done there if I wanted to leave with my car."

"WARNING NEW OWNERS! named TRUCKIN MECHANICS! still using previous owners business pages (grease) with all their amazing reviews, so can't leave reviews on their new business name. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off and stuffed around! were told I needed all this stuff fixed on my car to pass roadworthy (even though it passed 3 months ago no issues) anyway I thought old mate must just be thorough which I thought fair enough he's doing he's job correctly, even though some of the things on the list were over the top, was told we could come back the same day as long as its before 4.30pm, I told him I need it done that day as I have people coming to purchase my car! fixed everything, got back at 3.30pm and he said nope sorry I'm not checking it again until Monday! My husband said he was standing around chatting and emptying his bins and could have easily took 10 minutes to check the things on the list were fixed! it was Friday afternoon so think he just didn't want to do anymore work! I called to complain as he told me I could have it back that same day as long as its before 4.30pm and said he was too busy, I told him he should of told me that he'd be too busy and wouldn't have time so I could organise something else!!! he said he assumed I wouldn't get it all done in time and said I needed to book an appointment when that morning I didn't make an appointment he said bring it in whenever and I made it clear I'd have it back today! He hung up on me. I've since had 3 different opinions on my car and half of it didn't even need to be replaced! I think he seen a young lady and thought I'd be dumb with cars and would get everything replaced through him and wasn't happy when I didn't and he had to check it again! Also they kept saying my card had declined when the payment had actually gone through so don't know what's going on there but I wasn't paying again! so I ended up having to get another road worthy which passed! and I've just completely wasted my money with them and got a heap of stuff replaced that didn't need it and a massive stuff around and possible loss of sale on my vehicle and they were completely rude and didn't handle the situation well at all, had no communication or organisation! Also when they quote they don't include GST like other mechanics, so you think your getting the cheaper deal when in fact your probably not! I've never been one to slam a company or call them to complain, this was a first for me, I was absolutely appalled and never known a company to be so unprofessional! Definitely dodgy that's for sure! thought I was going to a trustworthy business based on reviews until I learnt they are new owners using the previous owners name still!!!!!!"

"Really enjoyed the experience with grease. Great customer services, A mechanic that know what his doing and the best with helping customer deal with there car problems.
