"Turned up on a Saturday at 8:10pm and they were closed. They state they are open till 9 pm on Saturdays. Dont say you will be open specific hours and then you decide to close early."

"Usually love shopping here but this afternoon really disappointed me went in to buy some drinks got to the counter got asked for ID. Ok fine that’s cool I should have brought my wallet in from the car in the first place. Anyways go out get my wallet come back in and the guy behind the counter is aggressively chewing gum and conversing with another customer without even acknowledging me for at least 5 mins. I then check out my drinks with a total higher then then what was displayed on the shelf I then ask him to check the price because that’s not what it says and he comes back and says oh that’s an old special. Will definitely just spend the extra 5 mins and drive to BWS in the future."
