"If I could give 0 stars , I would. I made an appointment for today at 11am to see Richard regarding my specific tax issue and arrived to the office. The receptionist could not find our booking and advised us that she as fully booked for the day. We found this so unprofessional and poorly organised, not to mention that the reception did not even offer to rebook us for another available time. This is a red flag, if you can not even organise appointments how can you be trusted to manage tax obligations for your clients ? Please be aware and look elsewhere for a professional accountant and don’t waste your time with this circus of an accountant firm!"

"Turned up for an appointment today, sat around for 15 minutes before being told they double booked and asked me to come back in 30 minutes.. no problem. Came back after 30 minutes then sat around for half an hour more. Was then asked if I could come back tomorrow or send files in for my tax return.. Umm no - I'm here for tax advice relating my specific situation. I took time off work to make the appointment. Very unprofessional, will be going elsewhere."
