"Not entirely sure how to write this... Been a customer for 10-years now, before the time of online order. No big issue, just buy what we want and go home. In recent years, they have introduced online order which is good in some way, but the picking-up is painful. I can understand they want to sight id, not because I look young, but because they want to ensure I was the purchaser. But to require me to produce the Credit Card is weird. It seems they dont do that all the time now. But now I have a new complaint: the click-and-collect is painfully slow. There were a few times in the past 2-months we suspect they either didnt get our Order, or their SMS didnt come thru. So we turned-up at the Front Desk and only to be met with sour face. This sees to be a new issue because they had been fine during Christmas. So we cant explain what happened this couple of months....."
"Lovely staff who are very happy to help if you ask nicely to price match. I save $2-12 on every visit and avoid driving all the way to Dan's. They don't stock hop thief though so they lose a whole star for that as it is a very tasty beverage."
