"A very good place to shop for all groceries and toiletries and frozen woods, one can easily buy a product and make an easy checkout."

"One of the staff she looks like a manager because she is wearing black jacket always. when I went to self scan area, she is talking to another staff and she recognized me 100% that I have lots of items to scan. Especially I had an item as 14ea quantity. But she had never ever tried to help me. She completely ignored me. She treated me like an invisible man in front of me. She just kept personal talking in front of all customers including ingnore me.After I had scanned few items then another staff came to me suddenly to try to help me. I felt already bad so I said " I dont need your help. You guys just keep talking" Then she who treated me like invisible talked to me "you are rude. you are rude. Do you want me to call? I said " I just said you keep talking. she kept saying with aggressive action to me. using finger point out to my face. Shs said to me again " I call you I call you" as she tried to threatened. I can not understand at all. 1. she ignored me. she treated me like invisible man. she keep enjoyed talking with another staff at inside of selfpay area. 2. I felt bad because of her. 3. another staff came late to me to help. 4. I said "I dont need your help. you guys just kee talking" 5. The lady suddenly threatened me with aggrecive voice tone and accent and racism action( you want me to call? I call?- she said) 6. I felt contempt because her talking and action."

"Decent Coles- nothing particularly notable. It is located in the Pinelands Plaza area, which is lined with various restaurants, shops and other supermarkets. There is three hours parking here but it does get reasonably busy. The Coles here is pretty stock standard. I’d say that it is probably one of the older and smaller stores and may have less staff as it seems to often be less stocked than others. The meat and fresh food sections are definitely smaller than the Sunnybank Coles. Also, every time we have been here, the checkouts seem to be quite full and busy. Overall, not bad. Probably a smaller Coles, but generally has what you need. From what I see, the staff are relatively friendly too."

"If you want the basics it is fine. But on the scale of a Coles supermarket this one is at the bottom. I live 2 minutes from this one and I drive to sunnybank Coles to do my shopping, what does that say?!?"

"I've NEVER had such a positive review to share. Each time I visit this store I am reminded of how there really is good ,helpful people in this world. Through recent life trials I was left shaken but this was always one place I felt safe and respected.i have several shopping options in my area but Coles Pinelands is always my first choice for this very reason plus the pricing is great. Especially for a smaller store. They're always happy to assist with anything. I've had trouble with my card and without hesitation they've spent more time and effort than they had to too assist me. Acts like this are not rare. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Parking isn't great due to the carpark but it does cater to mother's and Disability parks. Ample trolleys and baskets always."
