"Items missing from pick up order and the store never and I mean Never answers the phone. What is the point of a online shopping if then one has to go in store to get a refund or get missing items? Customer service absolutely shocking"
"This morning , I went to return my milk powder I bought last evening because wrong brand. The staff refused me. It is unbelievable for me. I returned good several times in Aldi and Coles, they are very friendly. It’s said Woolworths is a the greatest supermarket, but this service is very bad! I decided to sell their stock and never buy any stuff from there."

Woolworths management (Dan & Dominique) gave me the run around for over 4 weeks. Now they say it has nothing to do with store. Apparently they needed to issue me with a incident number now refusing to do so. My recommendation is try Aldi !"
