"Clean and usually well stocked. Staff are friendly and mostly it is a good grocery store. The registers are the let down. Last time i went there was no one on registers, including express, other than the lady also working the serive desk, so pretty much everyone had to go through self service. The staff that are on weekdays are slow to pack, even if you assist. I haven't been on a weekend though, so don't know if they have quicker staff then."

"Busy shop, especially on weekends. Good variety and of both fresh and processed goods. Major let down, is the amount of staffed checkouts. Tidy shop but having 2 manned checkouts as opposed the plethora of self service is bad customer service. 9 min in line to buy a loaf of bread."
"Their recent change to 'self service only' has a lot of people very upset. Not me. I bloody LOVE it!! Getting out now is far easier than it used to be, each checkout has more room than the older ones do and now the staff can focus on keeping the shelves full of stock (quite frequently they are empty) and returning trolleys for customers to use. I am looking forward to more stores starting to take this approach. Keep it up!"
