"The accountant I was appointed to look after my account left the company and I was not notified. Left the ATO documents undone. They promise a lot when signing with them , like training on using Xero , business advice to improve your business, invoice scanning for GST , complementary personal tax return ..... well the information of my wages never made it to ATO ,. For the amount of money I spend paying them . They saw my business struggle and NEVER I received the advice on how to proceed to close the business , all they wanted was to keep getting their fees. So glad I do not have to deal with company anymore but for a small business I will not recommend. Also I was threaten to be sued by if I shared “My own personal experience “ which is within my right to do. If they have done well for someone else maybe they were lucky to get a more efficient staff member than mine."
