"I have a Warranty Claim with Trade Tools, Caboolture store dating back to December 2017. I am writing this review today, 28th July 2023. Whenever I telephoned the store to enquire about the progress (if any) on my Claim, I would often be placed on endless 'hold'. . . . I figured management just didn't want to know about it. Has my Claim been acted upon by management in a timely and pro-active manner ? No. Has my Claim been finalised, concluded ? No. When it comes to customer service I rate this store as only one star."
"Great place to get gear. Generally better quality and cheaper than other stores. Dropped a star due to getting charged full price on some clamps when there was a sign above them with a sale price. I should have checked the receipt at the time but under-impressed with the email response when I queried it online. Dropped another star for customer service fail. If there's a sign up with a sale price it should be honoured even if the sale has ended. It's misleading."
"We have a few of the HD500 Petrol compressors that we use for every day work. We had a little issue with one of the hot pipes leaking from the flange this morning and Chris had us sorted and operational again in no time with some spare parts. Great after sales support."
